100gpowdered sugar
140galmond flour
100gegg whites
¼ tspsalt
100gsugar
1 tspvanilla extract
red food coloring

Instructions
Step 1
1. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar, put in food processor, sift again
Step 2
2. Whip egg whites, slowly add sugar and vanilla and good coloring, until stiff peaks. Tilt upside down and doesn’t fall

3. Add dry ingredients in thirds into the eggs until your spatula can lift and draw a figure 8 with a lava consistency

4. Transfer to piping bag and pipe with your arms perpendicular to the table. After finishing, tap the tray against the table

5. Let rest for 30 min

6. Bake at 290 F for 13 min, rotate after 7 min, cool completely before removing
