These are my famous pork tacos. The fresh tasting, moist pork couples amazingly well with the Baja Sauce.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients together.
Step 2
Slice the pork loin into 1” chops. Poor with a fork several times.
Step 3
Marinate the pork for 3 hours, preferably over night.
Step 4
Mix all of the baja sauce ingredients together and refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavours to marry. The longer it sits,the better.
Step 5
Dry off the pork and season with taco seasoning on both sides.
Step 6
Grill until the prom reaches a minimum internal temperature of 74 Celsius.
Step 7
Slice the pork into thin strips.
Step 8
To assemble the tacos, put baja sauce into the tortilla, add some lettuce, add the pork, too with more baja sauce. Wrap and enjoy.
