300 gramBoneless Chicken Thigh

500 gramBone-in Chicken
Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the marinade in a bowl or ziplock bag.
Step 2
Add the chicken and let it marinade a minimum of 2 hours to overnight in the refridgerator.
Bone-in Chicken500 gram
Step 3
Rest chicken for 20 minutes out of the fridge. Preheat oven.
Step 4
Lay chicken on a baking tray and pop in the preheated oven.
Step 5
Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes, before slicing and serving.
