Instructions
Step 1
Dice an onion then fry on a pan with some olive oil on medium heat for about 3 minutes
Step 2
Add sliced garlic and chili and fry two more minutes then add mustard seeds and curry powder . Stir all together let it soften then take it off the heat and spoon it into a bowl
Step 3
Add drained sweetcorn to the bowl season with salt and pepper then add the zest and juice of one like some chopped coriander and mix all together . Enjoy
