Instructions

Crispy chicken

Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Crack the egg into one plate and whisk. Add the flour and panko to 2 separate plates.
Step 3
First coat the chicken with flour. Then dip it into the egg. Finally coat it with panko.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Add the chicken and fry for about 2-3min on each side until crispy and golden brown.

Crispy onion

Step 5
Thinly slice the onion.
Step 6
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 7
Deepfry the onions in the same oil in which you fried the chicken. Fry the onions for about 1-2min until crispy and golden brown.

Burger

Step 8
Fry the bacon until crispy.
Step 9
Cut the burger bun in half. Spread the bottom half with bbq sauce.

Top it with the arugula, chicken and cheese. Melt the cheese with a blowtorch. Alternatively you can bake the chicken with the cheese slice in the oven at 200 degree grill station until the cheese has melted.
Step 11
Then top it with the bacon and sprinkle on the crispy onions.
Step 12
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
