Instructions

Step 1
Cut the babybel in half.
Step 2
To a bowl add the egg and milk. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3
To another bowl add the panko.
Step 4
Soak one babybel half in the egg mixture and then in the panko. Make sure the cheese is covered everywhere. Repeat with the other half.
Step 5
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken breast. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Fry for 3min each side.
Step 6
Meanwhile heat 600ml of sunflower oil in a small pot. Add the cheese to the oil. Fry for 2min each side. Repeat with the other cheese half
Step 7
Slice the tomato.
Step 8
Spread one cheese half with the sweet chilli sauce. Place the salad, tomato and chicken breast on top.
Step 9
Stack the other cheese half on top and enjoy!
