Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). • Cut watermelon radishes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Step 3
Meanwhile, sauté chopped chard stems in a pan with olive oil until they start to soften, then add the chard leaves and cook until wilted. Serve the roasted radishes and sautéed chard together as a side dish or over cooked quinoa or rice.
