Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Dice the onion.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and seasoning. Fry for about 3min until they start turning slightly brown.

Add 2 tbsp of water and stir. Fry for another minute. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the onions become golden brown.

Form the meat into a ball which you then squeeze with your hands as flat as possible. The patty should have a diameter of about 15cm, because it gets smaller during frying.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty. Spread on the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min. Then flip and season again. Press the patty flat as it will shrink in size. Finally place the cheese slices on top and let melt for about 2min.

Slice the tomato and pickle.

On a tortilla wrap put a plate with a diameter of about 12cm and cut out a circle.

Spread the center of the whole tortilla wrap with the sauce.

Top it with the salad, tomatoes, patty and pickles.

Top the center with the smaller tortilla wrap.

Now fold the large tortilla wrap around the small one.

Then toast the wrap in a pan on both sides until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.
