Step 1
MARINADE: Combine first 3 ingredients & marinade meat several hour @ room temp (?), turning occasionally. Remove from marinade and bake on slow oven at 325 degrees. Bast frequently with marinade for 1 hour or until tender. Carve on diagonal in thin slices and serve w mustard sauce. SAUCE: mix together s cream & mayo. Mix in remaining ingredients in chill.
