Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in saucepan, add onions and garlic.
Step 3
"Sweat" onions and garlic until translucent.
Step 4
Add carrots, tomato sauce and red wine.
Step 5
Chop herbs and add to sauce.
Step 6
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Puree sauce in blender for a smooth sauce, or you can leave it chunky.
Step 8
