Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar until smooth.
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and beat well.
Step 5
Stir in zucchini until well combined.
Step 6
Pour batter into loaf pans.
Step 7
Bake 40 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
Cool in pan on cooling rack for 20 minutes. Then remove from pan and let completely cool.
