Ingredients
6 servings
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Step 1
In a Dutch oven, add some olive oil and brown your italian sausage with some salt and pepper to taste.

Add 4 cloves of garlic to the Italian sausage
Step 3
Add 28 oz of can crushed tomatoes in with Italian sausage
Step 4
Add 1/2 cup heavy cream
Step 5
Add all the rest of the seasonings listed along with 32oz of chicken stock and 1 lb of uncooked spaghetti noodles
Step 6
Bring all to boil
Step 7
Reduce to simmer for 15-20 min covered if you want a saucier spaghetti.
Uncovered if you want a less saucier spaghetti.
