Step 1
Slice the casing on the sausage then remove the sausage meat

Add olive oil to a hot pan then fry the sausage for 2 minutes until it starts to color . Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook on medium heat

Add pasta to a pot of boiling salted water and cook until al dente
Step 4
Add the zucchini and tomatoes to the sausage season with Italian seasoning salt and pepper and cook three minutes then add the vegetable broth turn up the heat and let the vegetables soften down

Step 5
Add a small splash of pasta water to the vegetables then lower the heat on the pan. Add the al dente pasta and the fresh basil and cook two more minutes . Serve and enjoy
