Salad
2 headsromaine
1can mandarin oranges
reserve juice
2 packagesraspberries
0.5 packagefresh sugar snap peas
almonds
toasted, sliced, optional
Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly chop salad. Cut up sugar snap peas into thirds. Mix and add almonds.
Step 2
Add drained mandarin oranges and raspberries right before serving. Gently toss with dressing. Be careful not to break up the fruit.
Vinaigrette
Step 3
mix all ingredients together. Dress salad right before serving or on the side, stirring to keep from separating.
