Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.

Grease muffin molds and dust them with flour if needed, and set aside.
Step 3
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and gradually add the sifted flour and powdered sugar.
Step 5
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs/flour/sugar mixture.
Step 6
Gently mix everything together.
Step 7
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pour the batter into your molds and bake for 10 minutes.

Place a square of white chocolate in the center of each cake.

Bake for an additional 2 to 5 minutes until the chocolate melts.

Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
