Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Combine sour cream, egg white and butter in small bowl. Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Stir in cranberries. Knead 6 to 12 times. Divide dough in half. Make into circles on a baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray. Cut each circle into 6 wedges. Coat top with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
