Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F). In a bowl, add bread mix, milk, oil and eggs. Stir until combined (don’t over mix!).
Step 2
Divide batter into lined muffin pan and set aside to make streusel.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine all streusel ingredients until you form a nice crumble. Top muffins with streusel and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Allow muffins to cool and enjoy!
