Gnocchi with Ground Beef

A quick one pot meal , that will be a family favorite. Ground beef gnocchi with a creamy tomato sauce.

Ingredients
4 servings

1 lbextra lean ground beef

0.5onion

3garlic cloves
minced

Italian Seasoning
1 x 14 ozcan Diced Tomatoes with juices no salt added

⅓ cBeef Broth Low Sodium

¾ cheavy cream

1 lbpotato gnocchi
uncooked

½ cparmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep skillet on medium heat break apart and brown the ground beef. Dice up the onion and add that to the skillet. If there is excess fat spoon or wipe out most of it.


Step 2
Next stir in your garlic and Italian seasoning


Step 3
Add in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, cream, and gnocchi to the pan. Stir to combine. Turn the heat to high, once sauce starts to bubble turn down the heat to medium, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4
Uncover the pan, give it a good stir and continue you to cook until gnocchi has cooked, and is soft. Stir in parmesan cheese and serve once sauce has thickened to your liking.
