Instructions

Step 1
Combine your rice flour, corn starch, sugar, and milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth
Step 2
Sift the mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Using a toothpick, poke holes into the wrap.

Steam on medium heat for 15 minutes
Step 4
Take the bowl out and mix in the butter using a spatula.
Step 5
With gloves, knead the mochi dough for 5 minutes or until stretchy
Step 6
Roll the mochi into a long tube and cut into 6 pieces
Step 7
Roll the mochi out into a thin round circle and place into a small bowl. Squeeze in the whipped cream and place in a fruit. Note: To whip cream, just mix together whipping cream and sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Step 8
Take the edges of the mochi dough and fold it up until it closes at the top. Cut off the end and put some sweet rice flour on it.
Step 9
Chill and enjoy!
