Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients well.
Step 3
Coat loaf pans with PAM or shortening and flour.
Step 4
Fill each loaf pan half full.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer.
Step 6
Allow to cool then gently pop loaves out of pan.
Step 7
Cool loaves completely before wrapping or covering.
