Instructions
Step 1
Mix water, yeast and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl, let rest uncovered for 10 min
Step 2
Add whisked egg, flour, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, and butter
Step 3
Kneed mixture for 5 min until roughly well combined
Step 4
Add dough to oiled bowl, cover and let rest for 1 hour
Step 5
Desperate dough into mini balls and let rest for 10 min
Step 6
Put balls on baking tray and brush with egg wash
Step 7
Bake for 15 min or until golden brown
