Instructions

Step 1
Spread out a spring roll wrapper then add three heaped teaspoons of ice cream of your choice towards the end of the wrapper . Start to roll tightly then fold in the sides and roll until almost the end . Dap the end with some water then seal the wrapper .

Step 2
Place the ice cream wrappers in a freezer safe box and freeze for 1 hour
Step 3
Heat oil on medium high heat . Put a chopstick in and if it sizzles the oil is ready . Drop in one or two Spring-rolls at a time don’t overcrowd the pan or the oil temp will drop. Flash fry until the pastry is golden and crispy then drain on paper towels and serve how you like . I like mine with melted chocolate and crushed nuts
