Step 1
Bake potatoes if not baked yet
Step 2
Add butter to a skillet and once hot add onion and carrots. Let heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic, tumeric, and sea salt and allow to heat for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add zuchini, potatoes, and beef and heat until beef is cooked through.
Step 5
Sprinkle lime juice on top and add any fresh herbs. Top with avocado ranch if you want.
