Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray muffin tin. Prepare bacon (cook and chop). In one large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients (egg, milk, yogurt and olive oil).
Step 2
Combine all ingredients together, adding bacon, green onions and cheese last. Bake in muffin tin 20-25 min.
