Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease the bottom and sides of a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Step 3
Place the refrigerated hashbrowns on the bottom of the glass baking dish. Top the hashbrowns with the butter in little pats, evenly.
Step 4
Top with cheese, bacon and pico de gallo.
Step 5
Scramble 6 eggs together and mix with 1 cup of milk, pour over the hashbrowns.
Step 6
Place frozen biscuits on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove foil and bake for 12-20 minutes more or until biscuits are a golden color and eggs are not runny. If biscuits are frozen they make take longer than refrigerated canned biscuits.
Step 8
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Step 9
Serve with apples.
