Mum’s Upgraded Dolmio Bolognese Recipe
My mum’s upgraded version of Dolmio spaghetti (or linguine) bolognese.

Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onions and the garlic and fry them in a pan until soft and flavoursome
Step 2
Grate the carrots and add to the pan. Fry until softened/cooked down.
Step 3
Add the tomato purée and cook it to bring out the flavour
Step 4
Add the beef (or lamb) mince and fry until brown.
Step 5
Once brown, crumble the oxo cubes over and then add the chopped tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes down.
Step 6
Add the jar of Dolmio sauce and mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cook the linguine (or spaghetti).
Step 7
Drain linguine (or spaghetti), top with the bolognese (and maybe even some cheese) then you’re done.
