Instructions
Step 1
Cook vegetables firs with butter. As butter cooks down, drizzle oil.
Step 2
Add flour as you stir; cook until browned.
Step 3
Add broth and half/half slowly.
Step 4
Add thyme and mustard and allow to simmer.
Step 5
When slow boil achieved add whole chicken breasts until cooked(about 10 minutes).
Step 6
Remove chicken breast and shred.
Step 7
Add gnocchi while shredding chicken(about 5 minutes). Reduce heat to low or med and Add chicken breast and spinach, salt pepper and dash of red pepper flakes.
