Instructions
Step 1
Soak kale in a vinegar-water mixture for about an hour.

Step 2
Create the salad dressing by mixing the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3
Drain and rinse kale.

Step 4
Toss kale into salad dressing mixture.

Step 5
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, tossing every few hours.

Step 6
Toss once more before serving, and top with croutons if preferred.
