Crust

1can chicken
drained and dried

1egg

⅔ cupwhole milk mozzarella

½ tspItalian seasoning
or pizza seasoning blend

¼ tspgarlic salt

Instructions
Step 1
I took a big can of chicken drained it and squeezed as much moisture as possible out with a thin cotton tea towel. Put some parchment paper on a pan and shredded the chicken on it and bake for about 5 minutes while it is preheating to 450 to dry it out.
Step 2
Meanwhile I mixed one egg with a cup of mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Added the chicken from the oven and mixed together.
Step 3
Roll out chicken mixture as my crust. Use a second cookie sheet with parchment paper on the bottom to press the dough into a flat sheet. Bake 5 min.
Step 4

Top with pizza sauce (low carb), mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Baked abour 10 more minutes @ 500 degrees.
Step 5
Let it sit 5 minutes after taking it out then cut it .
