Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Mix in eggs, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.

Add in oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Pour prepared batter into the loaf pan. Top with small spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar mixture, reserving about 1 tbsp. Use a toothpick to swirl the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter.
Step 6
Bake for 45-55 minutes depending on the heat of your oven. Allow loaf to cool for 15 minutes.

Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Let cool completely before slicing.
