1 Preheat oven to180° fan 160° f gas 4. Line a mini muffin tin

2 Mix the bananas sugar oil and egg together in a mixing bowl. Add the flour and baking powder. Stir in the sultanas. Spoon into cases

Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes until well risen and lightly golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
