For a single wrap, use 1/4 cup mix, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon water. Below are quantities for the whole batch.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients together and store in and airtight container in the fridge.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup baking mix, 1 teaspoon coconut or olive oil, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon water until a pourable dough forms.
Step 3
Grease a 9" glass pie plate and pour in the dough, covering the bottom uniformly. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Alternatively, bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Flip with a spatula and top with desired ingredients.
