Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 20 degrees
Step 2
Mix the sesame seeds, cumin and lemon pepper together in a large bowl
Step 3
Pre-heat a frying pan to a medium high heat
Step 4
Season the turkey with 1/4 tsp salt
Step 5
Dip the turkey in the egg, allowing the excess egg to drip off
Step 6
Add 1 tbsp oil to the frying pan and sear the crusted turkey for 1 - 2 minutes each side until crispy and golden
Step 7
Place in a glass baking dish
Step 8
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
Step 9
Let it rest for 5 minutes once cooked
