Instructions
To make:
Step 1
Add flour and salt to bowl
Step 2
Mix milk and water together in a separate jug
Step 3
Add eggs into bowl and whisk slowly
Step 4
Add the milk and water in parts and slowly incorporate the flour into the paste. Add more milk solution as needed.
Step 5
Let the batter rest for 30 mins.

Start melting the butter
Step 7
Whisk the melted butter into the batter

Mix until fully mixed.
To cook:

Heat the pan over a medium heat

Grease the heated pan with oil

Using a large scoop, pour your desired amount of batter directly into the centre of the pan.

Swirl it around until you cannot see the bottom of the pan.

After 30 seconds, take the pan off the heat and shake it back and forth.

If the crepe doesn’t move, keep it on the heat and repeat steps 12-13 until it does.
Step 15
When the crepe is loose, use a fish slice to flip it.
Step 16
Keep the other side on the heat until the edges have become slightly crispy.
Step 17
After, turn the heat off and place crepe directly onto plate.
Step 18
Add desired toppings and fold into triangle for the best eating experience.
