There's no better way to splurge on your loved ones than making these stuffed French toasts. Pistachio and Nutella stuffing are my preferences but you can experiment with any spreadable stuffing you like!

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and optional you can add rosewater (compliments the pistachio well).
Step 2
Place a tablespoon and a half of Nutella or pistachio spread onto one side of the bread with a heavier amount in the center. Place another slice of bread on top like a sandwich.
Step 3
Dip the sandwich into the egg and milk mixture and flipping around until the exterior is fully coated.
Step 4
Place some butter on the cooking pan you plan to use and set the pan to medium high heat.
Step 5
Once the butter melts, place the dipped toast in the pan. Flip after 5 minutes each side and edge should become golden brown.
Step 6
Once cooked, set aside, dust with powdered sugar and if you'd like to add maple syrup or honey drizzle that's fine but I find the stuffing adds enough sweetness to the toast.
