Instructions

Egg

Step 1
Crack the egg into a small bowl. Add the milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the egg mixture and fry until fully cooked through.

Sandwich

Step 3
Cut the croissant in half. Slice the tomato.
Step 4
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of the croissant.
Step 5
Add the salad, tomato and ham.
Step 6
Finish with the egg and sprinkle on some parsley. Enjoy!
