Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees with metal pan in oven

Mix flour cornflour and salt and Pepper in a bowl

Coat chicken in flour

Add oil to metal tray and cook chicken for 40mins turning halfway

Heat small sauce pan on medium temp

Add oil and spices and garlic

Once spices are fragrant add tomato paste and then all remaining ingredients

Bring to a gentle boil. Leave to reduce while chicken cooks

Once sauce is thick and chicken is fully cooked. Add sauce onto chicken tray and turn each drumstick until coated.
