Instructions
Step 1
Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until tender. Cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Place diced potatoes in large bowl. In smaller bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add to potatoes.
Step 3
Add celery and onions and mix well. Stir in eggs.
Step 4
Chill and top with paprika just before serving.
