Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rince with cool water until it's cooled.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the mayo, mustard, white vinegar, pepper, salt, and sugar. After mixed, add the dill, bell pepper, onion, and celery. mix well.
Step 3
In a large bowl, add the pasta and mix the dressing in until the pasta is coated. Refrigerate 2 hours for optimal salad.
