Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°
Step 2
Spray a wine rack with cooking spray and place on top of backing sheet with foil

Rub salt and pepper on both sides of chicken
Step 4
Put lemon juice into a bowl. Mix panko crumbs, lemon pepper, and oil into separate bowl.
Step 5
Cost chicken in lemon juice, then in panko mix, then onto wine rack
Step 6
Bake until cooked through (20-25min)
