Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 210’C and line a tray with foil and oil

In a large bowl put your flour.

Add the yeast and the sugar
Step 4
Add the water and use your hand to pull it together. You may need a little extra water.
Step 5
Transfer to the work surface and knead for 8 – 10 mins. After this time it should be smooth and elastic.
Step 6
Add the salt and knead for another minute
Step 7
Roll out to the size of a dinner plate and transfer to your tray. Leave for as long as possible.
Step 8
Press holes with your fingers and add your toppings.
Step 9
Cook for about 20 mins until firm and golden brown.
