Savoury sandwich rolls (egg-free) bread machine
Bread machine Savoury egg-free sandwich rolls were packed with flavour & AMAZING for chicken & grilled veggie sandwiches. For dried herbs I used summer savoury but I know that isn’t available everywhere so any dried herbs would work. For spices I just poured so the measures are guesstimates!

Step 1
Mix 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp ground flax, let stand. Alternatively use 1-2 eggs. Add ingredients in order into bread machine and set to dough setting. Once done turn out onto lightly floured surface. Cut into 8. Form into balls by pinching sides under, then flatten onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Cover with clean dish towel and let rise half hour. Meanwhile preheat oven to 375°F. Optionally do an egg wash or alternative if you want the tops shiny. Bake until lightly golden, approx 10-15 minutes.
