Instructions

Step 1
Combine.... 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Stir well to blend. Add soft margarine.
Step 2
Add .... Hot tap water to ingredients in bowl all at once.
Step 3
Beat.... With electric mixer at medium speed for two minutes. Scrape sides of bowl occasionally.

Add.... Eggs and one cup more flour. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for one minute or until thick and elastic. Scrape sides of bowl occasionally.

Step 5
Stir in.... Remaining flour gradually with wooden spoon. Use just enough flour to make a soft dough which leaves sides of bowl. Turn out onto floured board. Round up into a ball.
Step 6
Knead.... 5 to 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Step 7
Cover.... With plastic wrap then a towel.
Step 8
Let Rest…. 15 to 20 minutes on board. Punch down.
Step 9
Shape.... to desired servings
Step 10
Brush.... Surface of dough with oil. Cover pan loosely with plastic wrap.
Step 11
Refrigerate…. 2 to 48 hours at moderately cold setting. When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator. Uncover.
Step 12
Let Stand.... 10 minutes. Preheat oven if necessary.
Step 13
Puncture.... Any surface bubbles carefully just before baking.
Step 14
Bake…. at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Bake on a lower oven rack for best results.
Step 15
Remove.... from Pan Immediately. Cool on rack.
Step 16
Brush.... with margarine while warm if desired.
Step 17
Frost…. and decorate if desired.
