Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350F. and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Put oven rack in the middle of the oven.
Step 2
Whisk together oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until mixed. Then add the oats and almonds and stir until coated.
Step 3
Spread the oats out on the prepared baking sheet. Then use a spatula to press the granola down flat.
Step 4
Bake for 20 min. , stirring halfway through. The granola is ready when it’s golden brown. It will still feel wet coming out but dries as it cools. If you want clumps of granola then press the granola down with a spatula before it cools. Store in a container.
