Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin with olive oil, or line with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, almond meal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Whisk together until no lumps remain.

In another bowl combine the honey, vanilla, yoghurt, egg and olive oil.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and fold to combine, ensuring not to overmix.
Step 5
Stir in the dates and pecans. Spoon mixture into the prepared muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin for 15 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
