Lobster & Creamy Miso Udon

Here is another great dinner date dish to make for your significant other. You can remove the lobster meat and cook it rather than keeping it on the tail. That is just more for presentation sake. I would probably chop up lobster bits and incorporate it with the sauce and noodles. This is a quick 20 minute dish.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil udon according to package instructions and strain

2. Season lobster with salt and pepper

3. In a hot oiled pan sear lobster on both sides until opaque

4. Add butter and baste

5. Set aside to rest

6. In the same pan add garlic, shallots, mushroom, and miso paste

7. Sauté for approximately 30 seconds

8. Lower heat and add heavy creamy

9. Allow to reduce by a third
Step 10
10. Add in the cooked udon and roasted sesame seed

11. Incorporate
Step 12
12. Finally plate with lobster and garnish with more sesame
