Instructions

Step 1
Soak chickpeas in a bowl overnight
Step 2
Add chickpeas and 3x water in a pressure cooker

Boil until 5-6 whistles
Step 4
Chop the onion, tomato, and cucumber finely

Drain and add chickpeas to a bowl
Step 6
Add vegetables and coriander leaves

Add 1/2 lemon

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add chili flakes and organo as per taste

Add 20 peanuts

Mix and serve
