Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pre-cook chicken, chop into bite size pieces. Steam broccoli in microwave and then chop finely. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1/2 bag sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder in large mixing bowl. Mix in in chicken and spread into 8x10 greased cooking pan. Cover with remaining sharp cheddar cheese. Spread crushed Ritz crackers over top of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until Crackers are golden brown.
