2 Tbspsake
1 tspUmami powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspsesame oil
4Dried shitake mushroom
soaked in water, chopped
2green onions
chopped
¼ cupbamboo shoot
chopped
3 Tbsppotato starch
1 Tbspgarlic minced
1 Tbspginger
minced
For serving
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add meatball ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
Use a spoon and make meatballs.
Step 3
Coat meat balls with frozen corn and peas.
Step 4
Place a cooking sheet in the steamer, place the corn/peas-covered meatballs, and steam for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 5
Put S&B Crunchy Garlic with Chili Oil on top for serving. (Optional). Serve with ponzu sauce.
