Wash and dry the lemons and zest it on the small holed side of a cheese grater on top of a cutting board. Only zest the yellow part of the skin, not the white. Pull out all the zest from inside the middle of the cheese grater.

Use a strainer to filter out any seeds and squeeze the lemon wedges over the chicken (one total lemon per each chicken thigh). Throw away the squeezed lemon wedges.

Broil in the oven at 500 degrees. Total cook time is 45 minutes, but I set a timer for 30 minutes, remove the top foil, close the oven and continue to broil for the final 15 minutes to let the skin crisp. Voila! Amazing juicy lemon chicken the entire family will beg you for!
